MINUTES of a meeting of the Board of Directors of The North Sterling Irrigation District held at their office in Sterling at 12:30 P.M., May 7th, 2010.
Director David Breidenbach, Secretary James Yahn, and Leon Rose were present. Director Hernandez joined the meeting by phone to approve the expenses.
Minutes of Board meeting held April 8th, 2010 were approved as received.
Expense for the month of April was allowed in the total amount of $65,482.49 and ordered paid as shown on sheets attached to and made a part of these minutes with exception of check #9464 in the amount of $7,026 to Continental Western Insurance by due action of the Board, all Directors voting aye. Secretary Yahn was instructed to investigate other insurance agents to determine if it is a customary practice to charge for sub contractor work.
Secretary Yahn reported that the current storage is 72,583 acre feet, current flow in the outlet is 350 cfs for 142.25 cfs ordered today and 160.75 cfs order for tomorrow.
With no further business to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned at 12:35 P.M.
